FAQs

What is a Wellness coach in general?

A wellness coach is a professional who helps individuals improve their overall health and well-being by providing guidance, support, and accountability. Wellness coaches work with clients to identify their goals and develop personalized plans to achieve those goals, such as improving their diet, increasing physical activity, managing stress, or getting better sleep. Some coaches with a health-related background as professionals may also provide education and resources on various health topics and help clients navigate obstacles and challenges that may arise during their wellness journey.

Overall, the goal of a wellness coach is to empower individuals to take an active role in their own health and create sustainable lifestyle changes for improved well-being.
